  I did not do any specific exercises. I had company again, a few days this week, and life was busy. The only thing I was able to do was to walk, every single day. . .  And it was pleasant!

My Check in-

Fit Mommy -  

Sunday - 30 minute workout.

Monday - 30 minute workout. 


Tuesday - Nothing.

Wednesday - Rested.

Thursday - Nothing.

Friday - I hope to exercise in the morning for 30 minutes.

My biggest problem was feeling uncomfortable exercising in the morning when we had guests staying with us a few days this week.  I normally workout in the livingroom before anyone wakes up. But I need some alternative for when we have company.

My Check in-

Fit Mommy -  

Sunday - (early morning) 45 minute workout.

Monday - 30 minute workout. 


Tuesday - 30 minute workout.

Wednesday through Friday (Note- I am writing this in advance on Tuesday night) - I have every intention of working out for 30 minutes each morning. I made a new commitment to stay focused on this. I am going to exercise every day. So far, I am feeling much healthier. I am also eating better.

Fit Mommy -  Monday, Tuesday  and Wednesday- Sadly, I got back into my old eating habits - junk food and soda. I had no energy at all.


Thursday  - 20 minute work out.

My Check in-

Fit Mommy -  Monday and Tuesday - I did deep cleaning for an hour and a half while wearing ankle weights. I was thrilled with how much housework I accomplished.


Wednesday and Thursday - I took a walk with Amy (16). It was her idea. The walks are peaceful and we get to "visit" and talk without distraction. 

Friday - I hope to take a walk again today, but I  have tons of chores, cleaning and laundry to finish first.
